everything was well. They do some renovation work, but it didn't disturb us at all. Would be great to have some possibilities to seat outside when sunny.

Solid location and staff was friendly. Paid parking wasn't great, but at least it was covered. The hotel is going through a major remodel. Construction crews, wet paint, and water issues made the property less desirable.

The owners are great! The location is within walking distance of downtown.

Loved Jackson Hole Wyoming! The town square is a fun place to shop, has wonderful cafes, coffee shops and bars. Beautiful views in every direction. Very western look and feel but with a trendy vibe. Friendly people and service providers. Check out the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar! Must visit Grand Teton National Park. I felt very safe during my entire stay 🎉

Down town was busy every time we when the square will nice.
Down town was busy every time we when the square will nice. We ate at the silver dollar it was a good meal & the price was reasonable. We had a few drinks at the million dollars saloon even if you don’t drink it worth going into to look at all the history. We did the sled ride at the Elk refuge it was worth the price. If you are there on Friday are Saturday go to the local hockey game it’s a little redneck & it only 10.00 dollars on line are 15.00 at the door.

I enjoy really Jackson.
I enjoy really Jackson. It's surrounded by mountains and lakes with plenty of activities to do in nature both winter and summer; snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, biking, camping...
The town has an old western/modern feel with galleries, t-shirts shops, unique stores, restaurants and bars. The main square has an ice skating rink in winter were we were lucky to see an ice skating show one night. The town provides a nice contrast to the nature surrounding it. It's a perfect jumping off point for exploring the Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone, or the National Elk Refuge. There is also a really cool snow roller coaster at the Snow King Mountain resort in town worth checking out.

I loved the Rustic Inn.
I loved the Rustic Inn. Our room was perfect with the log cabin on the creek with beautiful views. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The only negative experience we had was with the bartenders. All of the other employees were amazing!!!! I definitely would recommend this resort and I would stay there again!!!
We arrived early (noon). We asked for an early check-in. They were not able to accommodate immediately but took my number and called me about 1.5 hours later and told me our 2 rooms were ready (still 2.5 hours before official check in). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were excellent for the price and very large imo. The bed was comfortable (firm).
Also, you can walk to almost everything - all of downtown Jackson Hole and the Rodeo (1 km) but the hotel was quiet so excellent location.
most hotels in Jackson Hole have that “old hotel” feel. This hotel has 3-4 separate bldgs with outside entrance doors. there is no elevator in the detached bldgs, so if you have issues with stairs, please let them know at checkin. we reserved a “corner room” and I highly recommend it. the room was much bigger than other rooms we could see in while walking past. the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom was very clean. would definitely recommend as we enjoyed our stay.
The decor is so cute! We loved all of the miner/mountain/rustic features and couldn't stop playing with the wordsearch wall art. The location was A+. Easy to walk to Baap, Annies, Big Hole and downtown.
The water pressure is intense, and the water heats up to boiling. WiFi was decent but slow at times. The employees are super helpful and accommodating. Pets, welcome for $40/stay. Didn't get a chance to try the hottub or pool but it looked like others were enjoying it.
Location was great on main drag and easy to get to downtown. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained by service. Coffee was great in the lobby and had the best ice in our whole trip from Sunday through Friday. Meant to try the saloon but did not have time. Did not go in pool but the courtyard and amenities were great; fire pits and smores in the evening.
Only affordable stay in Jackson. The hostel is very well organised, many clean toilets and showers. Beds are comfortable. You get a locker for your luggage. There's a shared sitting area, nicely decorated. First we couldn't find the hostel, but it's part of/ below the Anvil hotel - where you make your check in. A clear sign for the hostel would be helpful :-)
The location is set perfectly right up against the mountain for incredible views, easy walking distance into Jackson Town center, the on-sight restaurant Haydens Post has some of the best servers/bartenders I've ever met. And if that's not enough the food alone will keep you coming back for more breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
The location is perfect. We love downtown Jackson hole, one of our favorite small towns. Price of rooms though, is high. I know it’s season, but the room quality is not $500, that is price gouging. Unfortunately, the rate is consistent for the entire town, but that doesn’t make it right.
.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff at the office and in the convenience store were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the discount at the store for being a guest. This hotel is very accessible from the Jackson Hole airport.
Cozy hotel located five minutes from the Jackson main square and bus stop for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Pool and hot tub were delightful after a day of skiing. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help! Would stay again!
The location was great, the staff were very accommodating, plenty of towels, free coffee in the hotel office, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. If you want to be in Jackson Hole, Cache House is the ONLY budget option.
nice furnishing, comfortable bedding, good heating. the hot tub and sauna facilities were fantastic for spring visit. right in the middle of jackson hole, good base for exploring the grand teton national park
Breakfast was included which is nice and there were three shuttles to take you to Jackson Hole each morning and back in the afternoon. Location is not too bad being only a few blocks to the centre of town.
