The location is perfect for visiting so many great sights in the area such as the Great Smoky Mountains, Cherokee, Maggie Valley and Grandfather Mountain. Pop’s Diner and Pop’s Butts on The Creek were great places to eat!

Been here many times.
Been here many times. I enjoy each stay and wish I could stay longer. Many stores are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (why I have no idea). THE place to go for breakfast is Country Vittles. Excellent to go. Have never been there for lunch because I was so full from breakfast.
Cherokee Nation is only about a half hour away, Franklin Ruby City Museum about an hour, Thermal City Gold Mine about an hour away

We stayed off season so it was quiet.
We stayed off season so it was quiet. Some places were not open. We went out of town to eat. But it was a small cute town that I would recommend to stay if you want to stay away from all the other stuff around the Great Smoky mountain it was a farther drive but if you have the time to do it I would recommend staying in Maggie valley. I enjoyed our putt-putt golf.

I absolutely love Maggie Valley.
I absolutely love Maggie Valley. This was my 4th trip this year. Great laid back town. If you enjoy small town vibes, then this is a great place to visit. Country Vittles has a great breakfast menu and Maggie Valley Restaurant has great food also.

Wish it would've snowed...we stayed for Christmas 24th through 27th so if course up through 26th alot of things were either closed for the week or for the season..few strip.shops still.open. Puttputt golf was open and we did an Escape Room.
The cottage was very clean and comfortable. All we needed to bring was our food and clothing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a single serve Keurig but we always bring our own. Linens provided as well. A great place to unwind and enjoy our trip to Maggie Valley. We really liked the location. Shaun was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked his kitty Sig!
One of the few hotels that offer rooms for 5. It's difficult to find such a place for family with 3 teen kids. We called ahead and she was happy to save a roll away for us. Friendly service, nice large room, balcony with river view. Couldn't ask for more for this amazing price. A waffle maker for breakfast would have been icing on the cake, but ya can't have it all.
Out of all the hotels on the strip, this one had the best curb appeal when we were driving there. Once we pulled up we were very happy to see how well it was maintained. Close to everything on the strip and the micro-brewery next door was a bonus too. Would stay there again in a minute. Thank you!
Staff and owners where friendly and respectful! I have been vacationing in Maggie Valley since I was a child and stayed just about everywhere but this hotel was my favorite by far! Definitely will be staying here from now on!
All of the covered outdoor spaces for socializing. The rooms are big. The BEST chicken tenders!!! Motorcycle friendly. A convenience store with excellent coffee and Dollar General are a very short walking distance.
Wonderful Queen Studio. Very well appointed (Cabin 122). Perfect location in Maggie Valley on the creek. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The people that work there are super friendly and treat you like family.
Convenience to Maggie Valley but feels private and secluded. Everything is extremely clean. We did not have our pet with us this time, but property is pet friendly. We have stayed here before and will be back.
For years, this has been our home base when visiting Maggie Valley. We rather not stay in chain hotels and prefer local. Always clean, located in central location, friendly staff, and comfortable bed.
Friendly staff. Not handicap accessible. No easy chair in room. Toilet seat too low. Room was dark and dreary. Didn’t stay the nights reserved. Found another hotel.
